“SI Submit” not submitted to group). Version letter following code is of most
recent revision. Submission date shown
is of earliest (“A”) version. List
includes other writings not yet submitted or unsubmitted.
Emendations by BPK (date and title
changes/additions from files and minutes, title additions from directory
folders) are in blue. In addition, titles have had initial articles switched to
the end and dates have been reformatted in YYYYMMDD style to facilitate sorting
of tables (these changes are not in blue). Note that when a day (DD) is entered
as 00 the day is unknown. Submit dates given as “NYD” indicate pieces not yet
