- What changes or programs has your library instituted to meet ADA requirements?
- How long have the various types of disabilities been addressed at your library (assuming you've probably had large-print for a long time, but probably not other resources or services)?
- What plans exist for additional services or accommodations?
- Are patrons (and staff) satisfied with the current offerings?
- How much demand exists for the various services? Has that demand changed over the past several years?
- Do you have a sense for the rough age breakdown of patrons needing services? Has that mix changed?
- Is disabilities awareness a part of regular staff training?
